Aug 5th, more heat

Stayed at a campground last night. Was nice to have access to a bathroom. Left around 8 with my friend Mad Max for a nice big day. Was nice and hot for us. Hirsch ended up meeting us early on in the day. The terrain is getting rocky, a prelude to whats to come in Pennsylvania. Decided to call it quits at 7, was worn out from the heat. Tomorrow we'll try and push harder. Rain storm is hitting us pretty good right now, it may never stop. Taters precious?
