Hiked 16.5 miles from Bald Mountain shelter to Erwin, TN. Was an easy hike in as it was almost all downhill. Bender and I left at 8 and arrived at 3pm. Checked in to Uncle Johnny's hostel, into one of the bunk houses. Washed my clothes and took a shower, almost feel human again. Got to eat at a mexican restaurant, ate some fajitas with mountain heaps of sour cream and guacamole. Eating this much hurts but it helps in the long run. I've lost 7 pounds of weight since I started. Doing well, got some more trail food and will be hitting the trail early in the morning.
man... this bed sure is comfy. it's a lil warm in here. I think I'll turn the AC on! :P
